Professional business card translation service. Call 1300 308 983
Are you planning a business trip to a country where English is not the first language? Often the first face to face contact with a new business associate will involve the exchange of business cards. Providing your business card translated into the language of your host makes an instant positive impression and will be interpreted as a sign of respect to your host. In Asian countries and in particularly Japan, great significance is placed on hierarchy within an organisation. Translating your business card will immediately enable your host to understand your position within your organisation.
What do you need from me in order to translate my business card?
We provide business card translation and typesetting into over 100 languages. We have been providing business card translation services for over 14 years. We can work from either a high resolution PDF or artwork file. If you cannot locate an electronic copy of your business card, simply scan a copy of your card and we will re-create the artwork for your business card prior to translation.
Generally, we provide business card translation in a bi-lingual format. We provide the English on one side of the card and the translated version on the other side. Following completion of the translation, we provide you with a print ready electronic version as a high resolution PDF.
It generally takes 1-2 working days to provide you with a translated and typeset business card. We also offer a same day Express Translation Service.
Each business card is different from the next. We are happy to discuss the details of your translation prior to commencing work. However, there are three rules which apply to the translation of business cards.
• Avoid 1300 and 1800 numbers as these prefixes will only work in Australia.
• Do not translate or transliterate addresses into the target language.
• Australian addresses should remain in English.
